Sometimes plans change. With our official ticket resale platform, tickets can be resold safely and fairly to other fans – directly through the ticket shop.

The secondary market is an official resale platform within this ticket shop.

  • •Ticket owners can resell their tickets if the event organizer has enabled this feature.
  • •Other fans can purchase these tickets normally in the shop.

The purchase and resale process runs completely through the ticket shop – without external platforms or private agreements.

A ticket can be offered on the secondary market if all of the following conditions are met:

  • •You are registered and logged in to the ticket shop
  • •The ticket belongs to you
  • •The ticket is still valid and not cancelled
  • •The event organizer has enabled the secondary market for this event
  • •The ticket meets the organizer's rules (e.g. occupancy, seating area or price category)

Only eligible tickets will be displayed in your customer account for resale.

  • 1. Log in to the ticket shop
  • 2. Discover the key features of the secondary market
  • 3. Open “My Account → Resale”
  • 4. Select a ticket under “Tickets available for resale”
  • 5. Enter your payout details
  • 6. List the ticket for resale

While your ticket is listed for resale, you can remove it from the secondary market at any time – as long as it has not yet been sold.

Once your ticket is sold:

  • •you receive an email confirmation
  • •you see the status „sold“ in your customer account
  • •the payout is prepared

The payout is processed within a few days, depending on the selected payout method.

Security is our top priority:

  • •Your original ticket becomes invalid
  • •The buyer receives a new, valid ticket
  • •Only the new ticket can be scanned at the entrance

No duplicate entry or misuse is possible.

For buyers, everything works like a normal ticket purchase:

  • •Secondary market tickets appear automatically in the shop
  • •Seating areas are displayed in the venue plan like regular seats
  • •Standing tickets are only offered for secondary market resale when all regular tickets are sold out

Buyers don't need to do anything special – the system ensures security.

Yes, as long as your ticket has not yet been sold:

  • 1. Open “My Account → Secondary Market”
  • 2. Switch to “My Offers”
  • 3. Click on “Withdraw Offer”

After withdrawing, your ticket will be available in your account again.

If the event organizer deactivates the secondary market for an event:

  • •active offers are automatically removed
  • •you will be informed about this
  • •unsold tickets remain valid in your account
